Hi guys,

School is coming up and I know I’m not the only one screen shotting a ton of fashion inspiration for the season. I thought I could share my ideal “capsule wardrobe” for all of my minimalist friends looking for inspiration for school or fall in general. I’m loving the colour palette white, grey, black and army green with silver accents. It’s a relaxing and earthy colour palette, I am excited to wear these coordinating and calming tones.

For anyone completely lost right now, a Capsule Wardrobe is a collection of clothes and accessories that includes only items considered fundamental. It’s a person’s basic collection of coordinating clothes that can be used to form the basis of outfits for all occasions.

If you have never considered a capsule wardrobe and you are in school you should definitely look into it, when your on a budget nothing is better than having a wardrobe where you can mix and match every piece and you aren’t overwhelmed by trying to pick out an outfit.

As for clothes I think a few crewneck sweaters are necessary, along with a decent amount of long sleeves, t shirts and jeans in the styles that flatter you most. All of these items are in interesting yet basic cuts and designs. My staple pieces are a cowlneck loose turtle neck style sweater, and a slouchy long peacoat.

As for accessories i like to keep it primarily black and silver with a few white and green accents. I love these minimalist silhouettes and styles of accessorizing.
